"FYT helped me take all my big ideas and actually turn them into a plan I could follow. If you're like me, always dreaming, always doing - FYT is that gentle push and smart structure you need to finally finish your thing."

"Ever since working with Jazz, it’s like the haze of self-doubt and overwhelming task paralysis vanished little by little. Having her as my personal “accountabilly-buddy”, strategist, and advisor made it so much easier to organize, prioritize, and get things done."

If you want to finish something real this year, or at least understand what’s getting in the way, subscribe to In Progress. Every letter is designed to help you take one small step forward.

A quiet weekly note for people trying to finish the things they care about — without burning out or pretending it’s easy.
Small reflections. Gentle structure. Honest momentum.
In Progress is not about doing more.
It’s about understanding why things stall — and learning how to move again, gently and honestly.
Each week, you’ll get:
• Real reflections on momentum, pressure, and creative blocks
• Reframes that help you stop overthinking and start acting
• Small, realistic prompts you can actually follow through on
• An inside look at what I’m learning while supporting creatives and founders

Most newsletters tell you what to do.In Progress sits with you while you figure it out.I write from lived experience — building, pausing, doubting, restarting — and from my work helping creatives follow through on ideas they’ve been carrying for months (sometimes years). This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about staying with the work long enough to let it change you.
If you’re tired of feeling behind —
and ready to move forward without rushing yourself —
New issues land weekly.
Come as you are.
